At MLT, we offer more than just translations and interpretations. We also handle notarizations, Apostilles, certifications, and even legalizations. If you’re looking for something outside our usual services, just let us know! We’re flexible, but we’ll need to agree on the details in writing.

  • How to Request Services – When you send us your documents for translation or ask for interpretation services, you’re agreeing to our terms and conditions.
  • When the Contract Begins – Our working relationship officially starts after you accept the Quote we provide. Before that, neither of us is obligated to move forward.
  • Word Counts & Pricing – Sometimes, the number of words can change in translation. Some languages take more words to say the same thing, and some take fewer. Don’t worry though — this won’t affect the price.
  • Right to Decline – We reserve the right to refuse service if the content you send is offensive or inappropriate. But this is rare, and we always communicate clearly if this happens.

 

Delivery of Services

Here’s where we roll up our sleeves and get to work. We aim to provide you with high-quality translations or interpretations in a timely manner. However, there are a few things to keep in mind.

  • We Deliver After Payment – Once we’ve received your payment, we begin working on the Services as outlined in the Quote. We stick to our usual processes to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Responsibility for Your Source Materials – It’s important that the documents you send us are accurate and complete. We won’t correct errors in your original files, so it’s up to you to make sure they’re good to go. If there’s a mistake in your documents, it could affect the translation, but we aren’t liable for that.
  • Meeting Deadlines – We do everything we can to meet your deadlines. If you’ve set a specific date, we’ll do our best to stick to it. But if something unexpected comes up that delays the project, we’ll keep you informed — though we can’t be held responsible for delays outside our control.

 

How Payment Works

  • Full Payment Upfront – We ask for payment before we start working. If, for any reason, we can’t complete your project, we’ll refund your money.
  • How to Pay – You can pay by bank transfer, credit card, cash, or cheque. Easy!
  • No Cancellations After Work Begins – Once we start working, the project can’t be canceled. However, if you have any concerns about the final product, reach out to us — we’re here to help!
  • Dissatisfied? Let Us Know! – If something’s not right with your translation, contact our customer service team. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis, but we’re always happy to discuss any concerns.
  • Late Deliveries – We take deadlines seriously, and if we go over the agreed delivery time, we’ll refund you 5% of the total fee for each day we’re late.
